We are called to be good stewards of God’s gifts of money to us. Some of our members use the Old Testament principle of ‘tithing’ their income. Others have adopted other principles of giving. We ask that everyone carefully consider what they can contribute so we can continue to support our ministries locally and globally.
Our church income goes towards paying for a range of essential expenditures; the stipends of our ministers, the care of the church property, and our work in this community and beyond. Through our budget and additional special offerings at various times during the year, we also support the wider work of the Baptist church in Australia and worldwide. There are several ways to give to the Church.
Direct Deposit
A direct deposit to the Church bank account is the most effective way to give because the church pays no transaction fees and the account details can be obtained by emailing the Office or the Treasurer.
